About Phillips

Phillips is a mixed-use community located south of the downtown area of Minneapolis, Minnesota. As of 2002, the district has been subdivided into four smaller neighborhoods which are Ventura Village, Phillips West, East Phillips, and Midtown Phillips. The community features well-developed urban sectors complete with shopping malls, markets, public parks, schools, and more.
