XXXX 170th Pl Mcgregor, MN 55760

Listing details for XXXX 170th Pl, Mcgregor, MN 55760 : Welcome to this beautiful 40 acre parcel of land just outside the town McGregor! Land features a great balance of higher and lower ground to hold an attract those big bucks and bears! Most of the area that appears to be "lower" is not actually holding water, which is very good despite the amount of rain we have had this year. Access to this land is only by four wheeler or side by side. Parking is at Sheriff Lake and ride North on the forest service road to the power lines. From there head West to the property. Property sits 2 miles from the parking area. On the Forest service road there are two bridges that could use some repair but still plenty drive-able. All of the power line ground is high and no issues driving. Plenty of public land off of the power lines to enjoy more ground to hunt and explore! Grouse are also very plentiful on this tract of ground. Oak trees make up the majority of the "higher" ground which make it excellent deer hunting. Two smaller ponds are on the southern portion of the property. During the listing agent saw plenty of deer and deer tracks, with two of them being nice bucks!!
