TBD County Rd 19 Gheen, MN 55771

Listing details for TBD County Rd 19, Gheen, MN 55771 : Here’s a great deer, bear and grouse hunting property! The property has power on the place someone could get a new meter put in for. Also two well pipes not being used currently. It also has a nice pond near where the power is and where a driveway goes into the main opening. Currently the driveway is growing in with brush but could be opened up pretty quick. There is also a couple beaver ponds along the southern border area that would be great to do some jump shooting occasional ducks and trapping. Also along the pond areas are great spots for all types of game travel. The property also has the added bonus of being near the end of a dead end road as well as backed up to tons of county tax forfeit lands to the east of it. If someone came in and does some clearing up and cutting of some trails this could make for a great deer, bear, grouse camp with occasional ducks and geese as well as great trapping! Fishing, kayaking and canoeing can be had not far away in the Littlefork River.
