2087 County Road 66 Gheen, MN 55771

Listing details for 2087 County Road 66, Gheen, MN 55771 : This is an absolutely beautiful property! I flushed 3 grouse when out taking pictures on the driveway alone. This property has an excellent 3 bedroom cabin that’s set up with bunks in each room. The main room is a large open room with sitting area as well as a kitchen set up. The cabin sits up on a hill overlooking a valley that has a beautiful scenic creek running down below the cabin. There’s also an outhouse just outside the cabin a short distance away. The property is set up with trails, several great treestand sites and with great shooting lanes! These trails and shooting lanes would double for great spots to plant food plots!! A little clover in the trails and edges of driveway would be great for deer, grouse and other game. Bridge to cross the creek and trail leading through the timber towards the north. Recent logging cut in northern part of property will be great deer habitat for years to come and also a blank canvas to create trails, food plots before cut areas grow back.
