Listing details for 2485 14th Ave E, North Saint Paul, MN 55109 : First time ever on the market! If you are looking for a solid house with a nice fenced yard and garden area, look no further! This cozy house was built by the seller’s father, and when she inherited her childhood home she made many thoughtful renovations. You can feel the love this house has been given... even the lovely fenced yard and garden feel good! The kitchen is open to the dining area, and was updated with extra deep custom cabinets, Corian counters and new appliances. There are hardwood floors in the two main floor bedrooms and living room, and the main floor bath was updated with a high quality Corian tub surround. This isn’t your typical story-and-a-half... the unique upper level has a third bedroom... and an inviting family room finished with warm finished pine. The spacious yard is bigger than 1/4 acre, fully fenced and perfect for your pets or children... it even includes a spacious fenced garden area. Multiple schools and churches are nearby, Tower Park is 5 minutes away and Silver Lake Beach is just a 10-minute walk. The roof and gutters were new last year, and when she had the house painted she was told she was lucky to have the cedar shakes... she wouldn’t be able to afford them now!
