The Summit-University district of Saint Paul is home to some of the most affluent neighborhoods in the city as well as some of the most expensive residential real estate. There are older estate homes along Summit Avenue that were built long ago that preserve the enchanting architecture of the late 1800s and early 1900s. Many of these properties are considered historic landmarks and are home to some of the wealthiest families in the community. Other homes that are more affordable in the area are the standard single-family home types that come with two to five-bedroom floor layouts. There’s a diverse selection of these home models in the community featuring the classic wood panel and brick exterior design common in the region.
