Dayton’s Bluff is a historic neighborhood in the southeastern part of the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota. There are still several brick homes in the region that showcase the community with of course, classy brick exteriors, foundations, and chimneys. The community is directly east of Downtown Saint Paul, south of Payne – Phalen, and west of Parkway – Greenbrier and Eastview. The eastern side of the Mississippi River borders the community to the south. Dayton’s Bluff is primarily a residential neighborhood with family-friendly suburban communities.

There is a diverse selection of houses for sale in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood including single-family homes and multi-family residences. The median listing price in the district is $175,000, making it a relatively affordable region close to the central part of the city.
