XXXX County 75 Bertha, MN 56437

Listing details for XXXX County 75, Bertha, MN 56437 : Phenominal 48+ acres of hunting land that has a little bit of everything! The property is a mix of hardwoods, hay ground, and a large tamarac swamp in the middle. The swamp is perfect for holding mature bucks and pheasants, while the turkeys like to roost in the large oak/ash trees. There are plenty of key areas on the property that would set up well for food plots to set a stage for the deer before they head out to the surrounding ag fields. This property also creates a small portion of income from the meadow hay fields on it. Furthermore, this land hunts a lot bigger than 48 acres as part of the land surrounds clear-cut aspen plantation land that has no hunting pressure. The deer love to bed in and browse on the undergrowth that's growing in the aspen land. Property is just minutes north of Eagle Bend and south of Bertha, off of County Road 75. In this market, you need to take a look as soon as possible! Possible building entitlement available on the second parcel.
