XXXX Beighley Rd Blackduck, MN 56630

Listing details for XXXX Beighley Rd, Blackduck, MN 56630 : This private oasis that is teaming with wildlife, views that don't end, and with privacy unlike most is located only a couple miles from Blackduck on Stoner Lake. During my initial walk of the property with the current owner we spooked several deer off the open fields, we nearly stepped on a couple ruffed grouse and watched an otter run across a field. We also came across a 130+ inch 8 point dead head(see pics). Since the current owner doesn't deer hunt the property, there are plenty more bucks like that roaming these woods. The property itself sits off a well maintained county road and has gated private access that leads into a well established trail system. There is 900+ft of shoreline on Stoner Lake and a 24x24 ft slab already in place for a hunting shack or cabin to be built on.
