Listing details for XXX St Hwy 113, Park Rapids, MN 56470 : Access, Access, Access! This hunting tract has it all! These meticulously managed 150 acres have been transformed into a premier property specifically for whitetails and wildlife. Located directly across from Itasca State Park, this acreage is home to a 7-acre private lake along with landlocked public land to the south allowing more room to roam. The landowner had a professional habitat program drawn up and implemented for attracting and holding quality deer herds and mature bucks. Timber Stand Improvements (TSI) have been implemented across the whole property along with 8 food plots and open areas of switchgrass/native grasses. Strategic and specific access routes have been extensively thought out and planned for various wind directions. This includes the creation of 500+ yard "swamp mat" route which allows access through the lowland/Tamarac swamp to reach certain stand locations and further places on the property without disturbing or spooking wildlife living on the land.
