TBD Hwy 68 Britt, MN 55792

Listing details for TBD Hwy 68, Britt, MN 55792 : This property is set up great for building a home, cabin and hunting!! There’s a perfect site along the eastern part of the property that has some beautiful red pine and white pines to build a home, cabin or bring in a camper. The property also has three beautiful fields that are hidden from the road that are great for drawing deer in and having them feel safe. They would be excellent for food plotting and creating some different food options for various times of the year also. There’s a great box stand sitting on a point in the main center field allowing for some good shooting!! I jumped a doe about 60 yards east of the stand. I also heard some other deer run a bit farther east from there while walking the timber south of the main field. I also spotted several rubs from last fall and falls before. Some were pretty darn good sized rubs. This property is all around a great property for a hunter or someone just looking for a great spot to build and have some acreage to enjoy!!
