TBD Higgins Rd NE Puposky, MN 56667

Listing details for TBD Higgins Rd NE, Puposky, MN 56667 : Potential is what I see with this diverse hunting tract. When pulling up to this property the first sights you see are big mature timber on the east side and a nice protected alfalfa field on the NW corner. I instantly thought what a great spot for a food plot, potential home or cabin. With electric running along the county road that makes up the north boundary this adds to the properties many possibilities. When exploring the property, you will see the new growth that is regenerating from the selective timber cruise they did 4 years ago. The new growth is coming in thick and most of it is already 10-15 ft high. The mature hardwoods and big pines that are scattered around the property make for good stand locations and provide some extra browse for the wildlife. You can tell the wildlife like the new growth as well as there are tracks everywhere and many rubs on the new poplars coming up. There is a nice trail system established and leads to the creek and state land near the south end.
