Tbd Gun Club Rd Dalton, MN 56324

Listing details for Tbd Gun Club Rd, Dalton, MN 56324 : Wow Wow and Wow! You need to come check out this one of a kind property near Dalton. Talk about a rare opportunity to own a once in a lifetime property. For starters it has lake access to not one but two different private lakes. When I say private I mean no public access so the only folks that can use the lakes are the folks that own land along the shoreline. The south lake is only approximately 28 acres but is 26 feet deep and holds some ridiculously good walleye, crappie and bluegill. The north lake is larger in size but only around 12 feet deep and is crystal clear holding some pike and has excellent waterfowl points to hunt from. The land is made up of rolling oak studded hills, open field for food plots and building area.
