Tbd County Road 75 Bertha, MN 56437

Listing details for Tbd County Road 75, Bertha, MN 56437 : Here is a Rock Star deer hunting property if there ever was one. Located in the heart of Zone 214, an intensive harvest zone, this property was literally torn up with sign when I walked it. Not only did I see scrapes, rubs, huge worn down trails but I jumped several deer and one was an absolute show-stopper of a buck. It was pretty cool to lay my eyes on one of the bucks that was tearing the place up. The land is made up of huge oak mature timbered woods, trail system, low ash swamp with a small creek running through it and one food plot location. The habitat is top end and this property is part of a larger tract of timber that is surrounded by ag land. The area and property are loaded with turkey and the dog flushed several grouse. This is a well-known area and the property is priced strategically to move. You won't want to miss taking a look at this one.
