Tbd 310th St Sebeka, MN 56477

Listing details for Tbd 310th St, Sebeka, MN 56477 : This is a solid hunting property that sets up very well for not only bowhunting but some fun long range rifle hunting as well. The woods is dissected by ''Little Swamp Creek'' that flows north to south through the property and has excellent meadows and willows on either side. This year the weather was dry enough that the local farmer came in and bailed the meadow. On wetter years the meadow acts as a preferred bedding area for the deer. The deer still love to travel the creek bottom and meadows as evidence of the drone shots. So if you like some longer range rifle shooting, set up on the meadow. If you like to bow hunt there are several options as well inside the woods, over the field/food plot and pinch points. We flushed a couple grouse and I know there are plenty of turkey and bear in the area as well. You can access the property from the south or the west and there are a couple of good spots to park the RV or build a cabin. If you like to ride an ATV or snowmobile there are several public trails nearby and of course the Crow Wing river is not all that far away for some additional recreational value. This is a solid property and is priced to sell in this market. Schedule your private showing before its gone.
