Listing details for TBD 110th Ave, Greenbush, MN 56726 : Here is a great opportunity to get into some prime hunting ground with a secluded dead end road location. This property sits in southwestern Roseau Co in between Greenbush and Karlstad and lays just south of Two Rivers. When you pull up to the property you can't help but notice the heavy timber and wide trails that lead around the perimeter of the property and also dissect the three "fortys". As you navigate the well manicured trail system that leads to the 8 box blinds and many opportune food plot locations you will notice the deer trails that cut every direction through the woods. This property has seen minimal pressure over the years, but has produced several trophy bucks and put plenty of venison in the freezer. You will not only be able to hunt whitetail, but the property is located in the no quota bear zone and the grouse hunting is good as well. There is marketable timber here and great building spot for a cabin with electricity nearby. Don't miss out on this great opportunity.
