The property is easily accessible off a county road, yet very private as it is set back from the road by a private gated easement access road. Once inside the gate, the miles of well-manicured trails lead you around a whitetail playground. The main trail that spans the property's distance from east to west is navigable by truck, and other trails lead to the many lakes, duck ponds, and stand sites. Three established stand sites have all led to the demise of trophy bucks. The property also features a campsite with a boulder fire pit, a cleared-out area for parking a camper or two, and an outhouse. You will have access to Hart, Barney and Crooked lakes and over 250ac of state land from the property.
