NA NA Ivory St Mora, MN 55051

Listing details for NA NA Ivory St, Mora, MN 55051 : Hobby farm potential with a great mix of field, timber and thick cover. The property has about 17 acres of open fields, 10 acres of timber, with the remaining acreage being thick cover. There are a couple quality building sites on the front of the property. I found a dozen rubs and plenty of turkey feathers around the parcel. Lots of ag land in the area makes this property a wildlife sanctuary. Much of the front of the parcel is open field, with the south side being thick cover and mature timber. There is a finger of thick cover and timber right down the center of the property. In the middle of this cover is a nice pond with a brushed in two man duck blind. There is a new clover and alfalfa plot on the south side of the field that should draw in wildlife as it sits adjacent to the thick cover and timber. The parcel has two ladder stands and 1 box stand. Excellent hunting for deer, bear, turkey and upland game. 90 min from metro and 20 min from Mille Lacs Lake.
