Listing details for na Hwy 95, Princeton, MN 55371 : Here is a true trophy deer hunting parcel located about 11 miles west of Cambridge with access off of HWY 95. The current owners have harvested several bucks over 150” and they also had a big non-typical on camera last year they believe is still roaming the area. The majority of the parcel is an absolute wildlife sanctuary, with thick brushy cover along a small creek that flows through the parcel. The property is situated between two small lakes, creating the ultimate natural funnel, and bringing in cruising bucks from miles around each November. There is also plenty of nearby agricultural land that provides an excellent food source and allows the area to hold high deer numbers. There are a few small islands of mature oaks that make for excellent stand locations and provide a secure food source for wary bucks each fall. Good hunting for bear, turkey and upland game. The parcel is a must see with trophy deer hunting within 30 minutes of the Twin Cities. Parcel is not buildable.
