Listing details for na Hwy 27 Rd, Isle, MN 56342 : Quality hunting with mature hardwoods and ponds just 5 minutes from Mille Lacs Lake. Habitat is very diverse with a thin strip of high ground right off the road, and then a line of low ground with several ponds. I actually jumped a couple of mallards while walking the parcel. In the middle of the property is a beautiful timbered island. The island had plenty of deer sign and was full of mature hardwoods. Behind the island is another strip of brushy low ground, and then the back is all mature hardwoods with plenty of oak trees. The back of the parcel also abuts a couple hundred acres of public hunting ground. The property is close to ATV/Snowmobile trails for hours of recreational enjoyment. The property offers quality hunting for deer, bear and upland game. Location is everything with this property being so close to Mille Lacs Lake, and still only 90 minutes from the metro.
