NA Balsam Fir Willow River, MN 55795

Listing details for NA Balsam Fir, Willow River, MN 55795 : Here is another great hunting and recreational property that has a nice mix of hardwood timber, fields and thick bedding cover. Along the front of the parcel, a wide strip of mature timber runs along the road, which helps to conceal a nice 6 acre field on the other side. This field is an excellent spot to build a cabin and establish a basecamp, you could also make a food plot on the far side of the field to draw in wildlife from the thick timber. A quality trail takes you out of the field and provides access to another 4 acre field. This field could be a great spot to plant a large destination plot of corn or soybeans. There is also a small pond near the field, providing one stop shopping for the local wildlife. The trail then continues through the hardwood timber toward the back of the parcel. Excellent hunting for deer, bear, turkey and upland game. 90 minutes from the Twin Cites and 20 minutes from the Grand National Golf Course in Hinckley.
