Listing details for 9326 Colorado Rd, Bloomington, MN 55438 : Here's your opportunity to live adjacent to Hyland-Bush-Anderson Lakes Park Reserve! Please check it out online to see all it has to offer including trails, parks, wildlife, etc! This well cared for twinhome (NO HOA!) offers an open kitchen/living/dining area which opens to a private deck and back yard! Plenty of room throughout, gas fireplace on each level, large LL family room with walkout to back yard. The slow-moving train behind the house is a positive feature and here's why: The train only comes through a couple times during the day, the train travels very slow, the track is not rated for high-speed trains and would be very expensive for the RR to upgrade. Furthermore, the train travels though several residential neighborhoods in Edina, St. Louis Park, etc. The level yard and driveway are easy to care for or hire it out for way less then paying HOA dues somewhere else!
