8206 2nd Ave S Bloomington, MN 55420

Listing details for 8206 2nd Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55420 : It's easy to tell that this house has been well loved since it was originally built in 1949. The kitchen and living room are absolutely flooded with natural light, and the layout offers the best of both worlds: plenty of flow with a view of the kitchen, but actual work surfaces and prep areas can be kept out of sight.  The current owners have just installed a new range, furnace and A/C, and have updated the bathroom. Additionally, two spare rooms in the basement feature new carpeting, and there's plenty of space for a home office, home gym or play room. And that spacious backyard, shaded by gorgeous mature trees, provides additional options for entertaining guests on the patio.  494 and 35W are close enough to offer convenient commutes without being intrusive, and there are multiple retail, grocery and dining options nearby.
