7605 Little Fork River Rd Cook, MN 55723

Listing details for 7605 Little Fork River Rd, Cook, MN 55723 : This is an excellent property with a beautiful cabin that can be used year round!! It is located only 4.25 miles from Lake Vermilion public access and in an excellent hunting area. The sellers have done well on this property over the years and shot some really great bucks!! The property is a mix of high and low ground and tree types. The property has some older and younger trees due to the selective harvest. I saw lots of deer sign and some very heavy trails in many areas of the property. The newer growth areas also create great feed for the deer and other game. Bears and grouse will also gravitate to the fresh growth areas as well. The land also has state land on two sides. The cabin/home has two bedrooms on the main floor and an upstairs with more sleeping area that could be turned into extra bedrooms that are a more open sleeping set up at this time. There is also a beautiful garage to house the four wheelers, boat, and snowmobiles! Snowmobile trail just north a few hundred feet.
