Listing details for 6799 Idsen Ave S, Cottage Grove, MN 55016 : They don't build them like they used to. This spacious late '70s floor plan was designed for casual entertaining and easier day-to-day living, but it was updated beautifully in 2007. A third story was added, with all proper permits, to include a bedroom, living room with fireplace, and a master suite. The kitchen is also a real showstopper, with stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinet space, and a work triangle that would be the envy of many professional chefs. Many of the windows have been replaced, and there's also a new roof and siding, an extra large driveway, and an oversized, heated garage for tinkerers of all types. Extra yard tools, sports equipment and toys can be stored out of the way in the under-deck shed, leaving the large, fenced-in corner lot free for summer and fall fun. Parks, shopping and restaurants are nearby, and this home has easy access to Highway 61 and I-494 for easy commutes.
