67241 State Hwy 65 Cook, MN 55723

Listing details for 67241 State Hwy 65, Cook, MN 55723 : This property is an amazing set up! The first thing to point out is its location is in a key spot with county tax forfeit lands towards the north, west and part of he southern border. What's even more key is that the tax forfeit land appears to be super hard to access from various directions due to areas of wetlands, brush and beaver ponds being natural barriers to access some high ground areas behind this property. Yet is still very easily accessed from this property with some very nice areas to have extra room to roam. This property is made up of a very nice mix of timber and meadow mix. There is also a nice trail system in place to allow easy access to various areas and stand sites on the property. The trails and field areas would be excellent places to plant food plots!! There are great opportunities to hunt deer, bear, grouse on this property and moving out to the county tax forfeit more of the same plus added opportunities at some waterfowl hunting on the beaver ponds as well as trapping. The sellers have done well hunting here and have some super nice bucks on trail cam over the years as well as well as bears and a moose. There's an older single wide that's very usable as a hunting shack that the sellers run a generator to power up lights and various items and use propane for heat and the oven. Not far to the west the area is speckled with excellent fishing lakes. To the east and northeast are several amazing lakes for fishing as well! This is definitely a property that's a must see!!
