Listing details for 5661 St Louis River Rd, Hermantown, MN 55810 : This 3-bedroom log home is on 12.71 surveyed acres with river frontage in Hermantown. The living room is cozy and the kitchen has lots of cabinet space, a refrigerator, and gas stove. There is formal dining available for you and your guests. There is a main floor full bathroom, bedroom and two additional bedrooms upstairs. The garage collapsed last year under the snow, but the slab remains. The well is drilled, and the water has been tested recently. The septic system was replaced in the fall of 2023, so the yard is a little torn up right now by the construction, but the system is compliant! The furnace was just serviced and is ready for winter. The seller is keeping 5+ acres but may be willing to sell the additional acreage to the buyer of home and acres. The Midway River runs through the property and has approximately 1800 feet of frontage. There is a high wooded spot in the back of the lot that would be an attractive place to build a storage building or another structure.
