506 E 47th St Minneapolis, MN 55419

Listing details for 506 E 47th St, Minneapolis, MN 55419 : Absolutely adorable blend of older charm (solid oak floors, gorgeous built-in hutch, huge mature trees) combined with just the right amount of totally modern (newer kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new family room with wet bar, some rooms had plaster removed and replaced with drywall, almost all new vinyl windows 2013). The lot-and-a-half offers a new huge floating deck overlooking the ample back yard with newer wood fencing. Garage is newer (2013) and oversized with additional parking off to the side (cement pad). What a location just 3 blocks up from Minnehaha Creek Park, between Lake Nokomis and Lake Harriet. South Minneapolis friendly neighborhood "feel", quick walking distance to shops, restaurants, and community center with playground and wading pool. Sellers intend to leave all major appliances in the home but take the ones in the garage.
