4865 E Lake Harriet Pw Minneapolis, MN 55419

Listing details for 4865 E Lake Harriet Pw, Minneapolis, MN 55419 : Unique ultra premium Lake Harriet lot stands at high point above the lake behind a berm and stone wall that lend unparalleled privacy. It is a candidate for either new construction or remodeling of existing house. Parcel is large, 0.41 acres, with huge circular driveway. It is at the southernmost point of the lake, affording skyline and bandshell views. Photos are from bedrooms of current structure, whose roofline is below legal limit, so new project can be significantly higher. There is not a better lot on the lake, and rarely does such a parcel become available. All of this is evident to the bald eagles who have chosen to roost above the property for many years. Current house, solid red brick center hall colonial, has good bones and is viable for updating should a buyer choose that option.
