4642 Kingsdale Dr Bloomington, MN 55437

Listing details for 4642 Kingsdale Dr, Bloomington, MN 55437 : This buildable lot is one of only a handful in Bloomington. The houses across from the lot are million dollar homes. This is a very exclusive part of Bloomington. The lot is on a 30 degree slop so a retaining wall will have to be built to some degree. The view from the top floor of the house will be spectacular. You will need a builder, but I have plenty of builders you can work with. The lot is wooded. Seller lives 4 houses from the lot and have owned it for over 35 years. They used to own the house next to the lot but moved 3 houses up the street on Nine Oaks Circle. It is 12 minutes from the airport. Only 8 minutes from the Mall of America and 4 minutes from France Ave and Hwy 494 in a very quite upscale neighborhood. Seller is willing to sell the lot on a Contract for Deed with at least 10% down and 8% interest and a balloon in 2 years.
