Listing details for 44452 Idas Rd, Osage, MN 56570 : If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy some northwoods relaxation then you need to take a look at this heavily wooded large lake lot.  Located between Park Rapids and Detroit Lakes, this lot is just over 5 acres and boasts 325 feet of lake frontage on Shell Lake.  Shell lake is a large shallow lake that has some of the best ducking around but also offers up excellent crappie, pike, and bass fishing.  There are walleyes in the lake but as you can tell from the pics the real prize is the crappie.  If you like water sports you'll enjoy this lake as there is plenty of room to ski, tube, pontoon and everything in between.   There is tons of public hunting land to the south of this property so when you are done shooting a limit of ducks on the lake you can utilize that land for an evening deer hunt if you'd like.  The lot has a nice trail system into a cleared out spot for your camper, RV or future home.
