Listing details for 428 6th Ave S, Saint Cloud, MN 56301 : Introducing 428 6th Avenue South in St. Cloud. Only 2 blocks from the campus of St. Cloud State University, it provides a rare opportunity as this 6 bedroom house has a rental license classified as "Lodging" which means you can rent to 6 unrelated adults. The city is no longer issuing new "Lodging" rental licenses. The only way to continue with the designation is to be grandfathered in with the current rental license. The house features 3 upper bedrooms with a full bath, 1 main floor bedroom and 2 lower level bedrooms with bath. A kitchen on the main floor and a partial kitchen in the lower level gives separation in the house so everyone has plenty of their own space. This house has phenomenal rental history over the last decade and is fully occupied through May 25, 2022. Don't miss out on this great investment opportunity.
