4224 S Pine St Superior, WI 54880

Listing details for 4224 S Pine St, Superior, WI 54880 : They do exist! If I had a dollar for every time a person asked me for 5 acres in the country with a small home that was livable for around $100k I would have a few hundred dollars. That is exactly what this is! It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on 4.63 acres close to town. The seller lives there and has for many years. Clearly this home needs some work but if you take action today you could find yourself in a nice quiet spot close to town. Better yet, there are no trains near by! The home has a mud room with a concrete slab that contains the wood stove, propane forced air furnace, circuit breakers, and water heater, with room enough for coats and shoes and your outdoor gear. The kitchen is open to the living room and is in decent shape. There are wood cabinets, laminated counter tops and a vinyl tile floor. A stove, refrigerator and microwave are also included.
