This house is in a great neighborhood across the street from a city park--picnic there in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Backyard includes access to Lake Menomin to hop in a boat. It's time for new owners to restore this home to its original glory. Kitchen/dining was added in the 70's and is like a sunroom surrounded by windows. The kitchen has wonderful work space. The butcher block island is great for chopping and prep work. There is a formal dining room and main floor laundry room with space for a home office or sewing/craft area. The living room has a fireplace with a gas insert and some rooms have the original hardwood floors. One bdrm/bath on main level, three bedrooms and full bath with claw foot tub on upper level. LL has a family room and lots of storage. Numerous mature trees surround the lot. Build a gazebo at the back of the property for views of the lake and spectacular sunsets. Lots of potential.
