28737 115th Ave Eagle Bend, MN 56446

Listing details for 28737 115th Ave, Eagle Bend, MN 56446 : Excellent hunting land with a cabin located east of Miltona. This 50 acre parcel offers great deer hunting, some turkey, pheasant and grouse as well. Nice mix of woods, including oak and aspen, along with bedding cover (alder/swamp) and tillable for food plots. The cabin is newer and provides an ideal small hunting parcel hideaway. The current owner is an avid deer hunter and has good history of harvest and trail cam pics. A couple of giant bucks were on the land last year, and should still be around. We found shed antlers as we walked the farm this spring. Food plots are cleared with stands set up...you can walk out of your cabin and be hunting in two minutes!! Really a unique property!
