28 Penn Ave S Minneapolis, MN 55405

Listing details for 28 Penn Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55405 : Welcome home to Bryn Mawr, the neighborhood that has a small-town feel, yet is just minutes from downtown Minneapolis, the Sculpture Garden, Wirth Park, the chain of lakes, or Uptown. You will fall in love with the STUNNING Master Suite, replete with a gas fireplace, walk-in closet and spacious en suite bath with heated floor. The 2½ - car garage was built in 2008 and is cleaner than some homes I have seen! The windows have been updated and the roof and gutters were done in 2020. The air conditioner was replaced last year and the furnace three years ago. Summer will (hopefully) be here before you know it, and your back yard is a paradise of flora. There are a number of photos, so check it out for yourself. There is a sauna and a treadmill that can stay or go whichever you prefer. I’m thinking the sauna is nice in the winter, what do you think?
