2654 370th Ave Isle, MN 56342

Listing details for 2654 370th Ave, Isle, MN 56342 : This beautiful property is tucked back into the Snake River State forest. There is an old homestead located at the front of the property, adjacent to a 6 acre hayfield. The house is in need of repair, but would serve well as a basecamp for your hunting party. The remainder of the property consists of mostly rolling hills of mature hardwood timber. Red Oak was the primary species, there were also plenty of Maple, Birch and White Oak, making for absolutely stunning and colorful views each fall. There is a quality trail system throughout much of the property allowing you to access your favorite hunting spots with minimal intrusion to the local deer herd. I noticed a ton of deer and turkey sign across the entire property. This is an absolutely dream hunting property, and one you're sure to fall in love with!
