2536 Pillsbury Ave S Minneapolis, MN 55404

Listing details for 2536 Pillsbury Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55404 : Welcome to this stately Whittier all brick home that retains its turn of the century panache. The mission style quarter sewn oak trim is in mint condition and the coffered ceilings in the dining room lend to its mansion quality feel. There is a window lined breezeway leading to the hard to find attached 2 car garage. The lower level would make an excellent short term rental or in-law suite as it has its own entrance, kitchen and bath, and the living room has an egress window ( 2013)- though LL does need TLC. Updates include: Upper level is recently rewired all the way to the main panel (2021). UL trim and walls painted (2021). Stair treads, landing, UL hardwood floors refinished (2021). Note this was purchased recently with intent of major remodel though illness has made this seller change course and some kitchen demo has been started. Architectural initial drawings may be sent upon request. Landscaped and fenced backyard. Enjoy the incredible location and timeless feel.
