Listing details for 2231 Westview Dr, Hastings, MN 55033 : Welcome home to this iconic property located in the middle of town. This was the first home in Hastings designed by Architect & Frank Lloyd Wright school of Architecture apprentice, Thomas Olson. It was also featured in the Better homes & Gardens Building Ideas Magazine. Organic architecture is the theme both inside and outside the home. The design is oriented to take advantage of the sun and panoramic views of the golf course while still incorporating the privacy from the trees out back. Indirect lighting provides the desired effect inside the home and is placed in the deck-line shelving that is above the windows. Throughout the house there is built-in furniture, thus eliminating the need to purchase new items. Each bedroom has a custom headboard/dresser and includes an attached 3/4 bathroom. This home has it all and is a MUST SEE!
