22205 Beaumont Ave Farmington, MN 55024

Listing details for 22205 Beaumont Ave, Farmington, MN 55024 : They don't make them like they used to…and they almost never made them like this! The "dome house" is currently seeking someone who will love its unique character and beauty. The current owners gifted it with some new windows in the kitchen, and replaced two upstairs skylights. They also added a rock wall in that enormous backyard to create a garden space. But it's the living room, with its stunning windows and dramatic woodwork that tends to be where the action is. It's the perfect place to relax and read, or warm yourself by the wood stove on a snowy winter day. The cupola would make an amazing home office or reading nook.  Next year, you'll be able to harvest apples right from your own backyard. As an additional perk, you'll receive the fastest internet in the area for free, as the house hosts an antenna for the local Wi-Fi provider. And while this property has a secluded feel, downtown Farmington is just a few minutes away.
