Listing details for 1947 Ulysses St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418 : Bring your creative touches to this NE Tudor fixer upper .This is the home that you've been waiting for. Check out the main floor sq/ft - wow!. All the rooms are decent sized for a home of this age and the basement has a high ceiling height so it could be finished off to add another 600+ square feet at least. The home has a 4 year old high efficiency furnace, AC and new insulation, so some big ticket items have already been done. The home will be cleaned out by the owner in the next couple of weeks but we wanted to get it on the market so currently it does have some personal property in the home. Don't wait because this one will not last!
