18890 County 18 Park Rapids, MN 56470

Listing details for 18890 County 18, Park Rapids, MN 56470 : The opportunities are endless on this beautiful tract of land and lakeshore.  Sitting just north of Dorest off of county road 18 this property is made up of hardwoods, rolling hills and boasts over 1600 feet of lakeshore on the small private Deer Lake.  It's the perfect place to build your forever home and enjoy the woods and water.  Deer Lake has no public access and only has 4 private owners with access to the lake.  The seller doesn't know much about the lake but I can tell you that it sure  is beautiful and is rumored to have fish in it. Whether it does or not, you could still enjoy the loons signing, go for a swim or spend the afternoon kayaking the lake!  There are several great building spots and currently there is an old rustic log cabin that with a little elbow grease could make for a neat addition to the property.   The deer, turkey, grouse and bear hunting is extremely good in this area and this property is no exception.
