18625 N Lake Ln Pine City, MN 55063

Listing details for 18625 N Lake Ln, Pine City, MN 55063 : MOTIVATED SELLERS! Absolutely spectacular Lake home and property with over 200 feet of pristine, private lake shore right on Cross Lake! This is one of the nicest lots I have ever seen, with mature trees, beautiful landscaping and a super private lakeside recreation area. Only one hour from the Twin Cities metro area but when you are at this lake home it feels like you are way up north! The home is equally fantastic! Perfectly designed for this lot, to bring the lake and giant trees right into view from almost every room. The original cabin was built in the 1950's, but In 2003 that cabin was turned into the beautiful home it is now. Besides a complete remodel, a new kitchen, (with pull out pantry shelves) dinning, 4 season sun room all with a full finished basement was added. Vaulted hardwood ceilings, hardwood flooring and original real stone fireplace all blend beautifully. Also on the main level is the owners suite with attached private bathroom. Main floor laundry and 1/2 bath also make for very convenient livening. All newer appliances, and mechanicals. Do not wait to see this one!
