1809 Susquehanna Ave Superior, WI 54880

Listing details for 1809 Susquehanna Ave, Superior, WI 54880 : Here is another one! This 2 bedroom home on a crawlspace in Superior needs some love but is a great home for so many reasons. This home sits straight and square on what appears to be a poured crawlspace foundation. The rooms are of good size, but it needs some love and care in so many places. The heat and electric are on, the oil fired boiler is not that old, and the electrical is circuit breakers. All appliances are gone, and the garage looks crooked, but the floor was recently poured and indecent shape. This home would make a great owner occupied property or a good investment property.
