1703 E 8th St Superior, WI 54880

Listing details for 1703 E 8th St, Superior, WI 54880 : Time capsule! I have often wanted to buy a home like this, get some bean bag chairs, lava lamps and a fondue pot and presto you have a retro redo! This home has not been touched in years and still has the fantastic red and orange shag carpeting. There are 3 large bedrooms on the main floor with lighted closets, a full bath back by the bedrooms with the robin egg blue tub and sink, and another half bath for your guests off the back hall and back door. The kitchen is open and connected to the dining room. With functional appliances for you to get started, it is ready for some updates but is very usable the way it is. There is a back hall leading to the bedroom, bathroom and full basement. The back hall also has 2 large closets for storage! The poured basement is huge, open and solid with no signs of water intrusion. There is a large family room/rec room with amazing padded carpet from 1969. There is also a large utility room with a new high efficiency boiler.
