Listing details for 1631 Irving Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55411 : Owned by preservationists, this home reflects the true character of a 1915 craftsman bungalow. This is a wonderful house that has only had 3 owner occupants in over 100 years. While it has had mechanical updating (roof, electric, heating, etc.) it has retained its original character. All lights in the house are either original or appropriate vintage fixtures. There are 2 outstanding stained glass features. The woodwork is massive. Sellers are hoping that someone with similar preservationist dreams will buy this home. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and an additional full sized room off the the main bedroom that could have many uses. If the buyer wants to finish it as a bathroom, Sellers will leave the fixtures, flooring and tile for it already in the house. Or, they will remove the fixtures (not yet plumbed) and buyers can finish to their taste. This house is available because of relocation to another state. This is a landmark house on a fabulous block.
