1322 Adams St NE Minneapolis, MN 55413

Listing details for 1322 Adams St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413 : Charming very spacious duplex with great floor plans, hard wood floors, original woodwork. Upper apartment has 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, lower apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Owners did a full renovation back in 2009 so that electrical, plumbing, 2 kitchens and 4 baths were remodeled in both apartments. New forced air furnaces and duct work were installed at that time. 10 years ago a new 30 year architectural shingle roof and all new Hardie Board siding were installed. 2 years ago each unit had new central A/C units installed. Last year some painting and carpets were done at apartment turn overs. It is unusual to find this large of a duplex in Minneapolis especially in the heart of the N.E. arts district. Potential to add units to the basement and attic to make a triplex or a 4 plex. Both units are currently rented to very good tenants through the end of August 2025. If a buyer did some upgrades to the kitchens and baths, there is some serious upside to the rents.
