Listing details for 1282 65th Ave NE, Outing, MN 56662 : Here is a great opportunity to own a property on Premier Roosevelt Lake! Located on a quiet private road on the NW corner of the lake, this 1152 square foot building includes a 528 sq ft attached insulated heated 2 car garage and a 624 sq ft finished living area! There is room on the lot to add a future cabin/lakehome and then either use this as a bunkhouse/garage or simply enlarge the garage! Large level lot before the steeper drop to the lake.
