Listing details for 12128 Gilbertson Pl, Audubon, MN 56511 : The memories...they start the day you get the keys to this seasonal cabin on the NE shore of Pikes Bay on Big Cormorant Lake. This property has been in the family for years and they have taken the steps to preserve and reduce the maintenance and chores. Steel siding, rip rap shoreline, lakeside lawn irrigation and a newer roof are just some of things you will learn to appreciate. The main floor offers two bedrooms and two 3/4 bathrooms. The living rm offers fabulous views of the lake and has a wood burning f/p. The dining area also offers lake views and provides easy access to the spacious deck and the lake. The upper level offers another 3 bedrooms, the largest of the three is on the lakeside and could easily be used as a sitting area for stories and sunsets, compliments of the large lakeside windows. The detached garage has a good concrete floor and provides good storage and a work bench for small projects. The storage shed at the waters-edge is great for storage too.
