Listing details for 12118 Eagle St NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448 : This sweet TH has been meticulously maintained. Note that the previous seller did a full makeover with new doors, full bath and kitchen remodel, carpeting and re-finished HW floors. The current seller has done more: new laminate flooring in MBR and hall, all new paint, new lighting, new faucets in Kit/BA, new washer (6 mos) and new central A/C (2 years – w/ 11 year warranty). Huge private patio. Garage is oversized 1.5 stalls with lots of shelving. Seller is willing to leave all the motion lights and sensors. This is a FABULOUS buy in a great neighborhood just off Hanson Blvd and Highway 10 and very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Please note something very important: there is a 3RD BEDROOM, but it is not legal yet. We are calling it an office. But it has in the past been used as a third bedroom. It only needs a daylight lookout window to be installed and this will be a 3 bedroom home. There is also currently a door between the two bedrooms for easy access.
